TariffRx provides estimates of import duties and landed costs for planning purposes. It is not legal advice, a binding classification ruling, or customs brokerage. Classification of a specific product depends on its materials, construction and use. Duties may also include antidumping or countervailing duties, quota charges and other assessments not shown. Always confirm classification and duties with a licensed customs broker or by requesting a binding ruling from U.S. Customs and Border Protection.

Data sources

Rates are compiled from public sources including the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (USITC), the Federal Register, CBP CSMS messages and openFDA. We work to keep data current but cannot guarantee it reflects changes on the day they occur.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Castle Court Inc. is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on TariffRx estimates. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

Subscriptions

Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard; access continues to the end of the billing period.

Privacy

We store your account email, company name, tracked products and saved calculations to provide the service. We do not sell your data. Payments are processed by Stripe.
